Small Business Council
The Small Business Council of the Rockton Chamber of Commerce is intended as an open forum for small business members to discuss issues affecting their businesses at local, economic and government levels. The Small Business Council will seek to provide input on how the Chamber and/or the council can assist in giving businesses the tools for growth, and how best the Chamber can meet the needs of its small business members. This may include the Chamber and/or the council developing government relations, identifying legislative issues of interest to the community in addition to developing the Chamber’s position on those issues, and potentially even lobbying at the various levels of government on behalf of the membership.
All Rockton Chamber of Commerce Members are invited to be a part of this very important council which will meet once per month. Meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30am. Each meeting will last no later than 8:45am. Coffee and donuts will be served.
